Tires flew off as I was driving. This was 30 minutes after getting it changed. I was almost in an accident and had thousands of damages to my car. I went back with pictures and proof and they wouldn’t even give me a refund. “No guarantees Mami” DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save yourself the headache and car repairs. I am suing them as you read this!
I’ve had great experiences when accompanied by a male, great price for almost new tires. But my last experience was completely the opposite highly priced over others, I over heard others quoted $10 less per tire for same “good used” tires. I believe I was scammed because one of the tires I was charged for was a tire I already had on my car they just moved it to the back. Long story short ask to see the tires they are selling you before they touch your car. Don’t agree to a price without seeing the tires you are buying. While I was there, they tried scamming another woman by placing a different size tire on her car. If you’re a female try going with a male and you’ll have a better out come.
Rude unprofessional service especially by the owner Laura. Sold me a regular old used tire as a runflat tire. Beware they are con artists.
Prices are good. Got nice used tires. But service is aweful. They kept me waiting for more than 1 hour while other people came and were attended right away. Had 1 like new tire that asked to keep it. They broke it on the side. Even got a car in front of mine that had just arrived and had to wait till he got his tire changed. Will never go back there.
Btw. They stole me one rim screw. Just seen it. Impossible that i had lost it

Nothing worse than a flat tire.... arrival to departure (with the problem solved) was less than 1hr. VERY cordial and professional staff. Excellent price. Highly recommended.
Don't go to this place, don't know how to do their job. They mounted my 4 tires backwards, the outside to the inner side, incorrect pressure to all and I. Top of that they chipped my other brand new car while I was waiting for them to finish on the car I brought to them. Won't recongnize any of that and the owner will tell you that mounting things the wrong way won't affect anything.
I needed to take my car to a real serious place to find out why my car was vibrating and pay again.
Lo peor de miami, inexpertos, altaneros, me montaron las 4 llantas al revés con la parte de afuera hacia dentro y con la presión incorrecta. Si quieren evitar un dolor de cabeza no vayan a ese lugar. Tuve que pagar en otro lugar serio para que me hicieran el trabajo nuevamente.
